Fabric Care: Machine wash with cold water on a gentle cycle and use a mild detergent. Do not use bleach.Tumble dry on low. Fabric must be completely dry prior to storing.
A steamer may be used to reduce wrinkles and fold lines after the graphic is on the frame.

Hardware: One Year (Standard warranty is a parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory's discretion.)

1. How long does it take to assemble the A2 backdrop?
Typically 3-5 minutes. The frame uses tool-free snap buttons, and the graphic slips on easily like a pillowcase.

2. Can I connect multiple A2 backdrops together?
Yes. Each set includes 180° linking clips if you need that allow you to join two frames seamlessly. You can combine multiple A-Series frames to form walls, corners, or large booth structures.

3. Is the fabric graphic washable?
Yes. The tension fabric graphic is machine washable with cold water on gentle cycle. Air drying is recommended.

4. Can I order replacement graphics?
Absolutely. You can print updated artwork anytime without replacing the frame.

5. What type of printing is used?
We use high-resolution dye sublimation printing for rich color, durability, and a wrinkle-free finish.

6. Is the A2 backdrop easy to transport?
Yes. The entire unit fits into the included carry bag, making it lightweight and portable for frequent exhibitors.

7. Does the display stand on its own?
Yes. Universal feet are included to provide stability on standard indoor surfaces.
